It was frequently -12°c and I was snuggly warm wearing this coat, I didn’t even need to wear all the layers I thought I would need to. I experienced heavy snowfall and lots of waterfall splash back and can confirm it’s waterproof. I can’t comment on size as I got one several sizes too big so I could wear layers under, but any curvy ladies would have no problems with this coat, loads of hip room. The coat can also be unzipped from the bottom which is handy for sitting down. Would definitely recommend! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Purchaased in a sale *by P***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 June 2019* When coat arrived it had been flattened and was as stiff as a board initially. It took many weeks of wear to soften. Hood is a good fit and I had to order a larger size as my ideal size would not accommodate a chunky jumper worn under coat. Lovely colour but unfortunately I have found the pockets are not waterproof, so you can't put anything of value there. I was disappointed with the thickness of the coat.
