It sems odd to leave a review for a salt blend but I use this everyday-- it's one of my pantry essentials-- and it is hands down the best salt blend I have ever tasted. It's finely ground and the rosemary blend adds a subtle flavor to every dish. By the same token, if you prefer coarsely grounded salt, this might not be right for you. I love that it doesn't have an overpowering salt taste and it eliminates the "chicken smell" from chicken broth as well as adding complex flavor to a simple no-salt broth. All of a sudden, my chicken broth doesn't taste so simple anymore!When I recently ran out of this product, I went to my local health foods store to purchase more. Although the store sold this brand's original salt flavor, they did not carry the rosemary blend and I was so disappointed. Some time later, on a whim, I looked it up on Amazon and I was so delighted to find that Amazon carried it not only in the larger size but as a subscribe and save item!
