This drain valve makes draining oil much easier and without the mess. This replaces your oil drain plug with a drain valve that you can attach a tube to so oil flows cleanly into the used oil container or bucket. Why buy this? When you remove the stock oil drain plug the rush of oil is so strong it splashes everywhere. No matter what you do, it is a mess. With this, all you need to do is attach a rubber hose, rotate a spring loaded valve and all the oil will neatly flow through the tube without a mess.
