Just make sure it's zipped 100%, cause my little guy nosed it open enough to get out. I leave it in the cage so he gets comfy with it for anytime I need to travel with him in the future, and he absolutely loves it! You can even get these just as a place for them to sleep! Just take the strap off. I recommend getting at least 2, so u can put another one in for them while the first one is in the wash.
