It was easy to put together and really quite sturdy when you follow directions. My dog weighs 100 lbs. and he fits easily and the material it is made of is similar to the Trex deck material. Very durable. Believe me, this doghouse is good and big. Last for years...... people need to quit complaining about everything! I’m a contractor and I know it’s a keeper. ### ⭐ Flimsy, not sturdy *by J***M on April 24, 2024* Unfortunately, this product did not suit us well. Upon taking it out of the box, it was noticeably flimsy, very thin material. One of the pieces was cracked and for 110 pound 8 months old Akita we instantly knew this would not work. We didn’t get to see the size because we never got it fully out of the box to set up after noticing how flimsy the Plastic was. If you have a large dog who is very active, this may not be a good product for them. I’m not saying this product would not work well for a tiny dog for a dog such as our Kita this definitely would not work.
