Good customer service. *by N***I on Reviewed in the United States on December 28, 2018* Good quality and warm enough for ski, but has some drawbacks.1. Zippier isn’t very good.2. It doesn’t come high or low enough around the neck. If zipping to the end, neck can’t move freely; if leaving zipper open a little, the top tip of the zipper is sharp and keeps rubbing the chin.Update:I used fabric tape to tape the top of the zipper and it worked well. My son loved the coat so we didn't return it. I can see he will still wear it this winter. The customer service is good.
