I purchased this seat cushion a year and a half ago because of tailbone pain. I suffered for over a year following a long car trip and tried different pillows with no relief. From the first time I sat on this, I could feel the difference in support. After a few months, the pain was gone. I continue to use this in my car every day and I have one on my office chair, also. I recently purchased two for my aunt and uncle. My aunt has sciatica and my uncle says, "my butt just disappeared." (He's 80). I Luke that the cover is washable (I've spoiled my morning coffee on it getting into the car and it washed up like a dream, dried quickly, and didn't lose its a shape). I highly recommend this cushion.

This product is so good that someone at work stole mine after i sat on it for 3 years, or they liked the imprint of my butt. I ended up choosing to buy this version again just cause of how sturdy and reliable it was after sitting on it daily. My bottom lives in this thing, its amazing and supportive and molds to you for complete comfort… if it gets stolen from me again I’m definitely buying a new one and going to hide an AirTag inside.

I have had this product for a while, I use it daily and the only thing i notice is it makes it tolerable to sit for a very short time. would not recommend if you have really bad tailbone pain.

This is actually my second time buying this cushion. I lost the first one after having it for 3 years but it is very comfortable. I like how it does not get squishy or lose its form when I sit on it. I would say it’s firm and it looks exactly like the picture.

I have a history of back pain and certain office chairs can aggravate it. I purchased this cushion in the hopes that it could balance out a bit of a dip in my office chair. It does do this effectively, however I found it to be uncomfortable (and actually causing more back discomfort). It's a well made product for sure - no issue on quality at all. I just found it to be uncomfrtable when added to my chair.

This helped eliminate my sciatic pain. I watch TV a lot and it was my position in my recliner that increased my bouts with sciatica. This pillow took away the direct pain on my tailbone (from being hit by a car 60 years ago.) It also raised my position so I could bend my short legs comfortably while in my recliner. This pillow is thinner than most which meant I did not have pressure on the back of my thighs that I had with thicker pillows. I am 4'11 and most things made are geared towards taller people. I appreciate this design.

After trying many of these cushions this one is the best design, it puts pressure on the right spots. The slant takes strain off the sciatic nerve and the firmness keeps it from irritating the piriformis insertion since it does not hug the hips like others. I will recommend this one to patients.

This is the second one of these I purchased because I got tired of carrying the first one from my car to my office. I'm a petite lady, 5'2", 120lb with a healthy back for a 60+ person. I needed a cushion to correct the poor design of auto seats and to improve my posture and relieve pressure on my sciatica when I'm working at my desk. I tried 3 different brands, the RelaxoBack was not quite thick enough and the cover slid on it every time I used it so I returned it. The Aylio cushion was very stiff and uncomfortable, I felt the wedge was too sharp an angle, it is large however, and if you're a large person it would probably work for you just fine.This one is fabulous. I love the form fitting feature of it, it's firm enough to elevate me in my car and the insets for your legs make sitting on it a pleasure without it sliding all over the place. The cutout for your sciatica relieves any pressure and although my chiropractor says I have a great back for my age I will still take any help I can get and this cushion seems to help my adjustments stay in longer. That saves me money in dr. visits.I've only used this for about a month but it still looks and feels like new, hasn't lost any of its' spring or shape.I like the fact that I can take the cover off and wash it. All in all I hope they keep making them because when these are worn out I'll be in the market for more.
