Review: Awesome Product - This is my second band from ATEMI, I first bought the green one last year and recently bought the purple one. I started using these in the gym to assist with my stretching and mobility routines and when I saw the price of them online I bought them for home. I also think the idea that they are small enough to throw in your suitcase and bring with you while on holiday so you can stretch as well. With the purhcase, I also go an ebook for workouts so which is really useful because I want to start using the bands to work out while away or at home. These bands are super strong and tough and of high quailty like the ones in the gym.

I’m happy with it as it is cheap and I can do exercises to strengthen my entire body in the comfort of my own home. The quality of the rubber looks good and sturdy. **Q: Would these work for face pulls?**
A: Yes. The narrow red bands are just right for face pulls

**Q: Which colour should i buy i need one for stretching mostly ?**
A: Difficult to say without knowing your strength level, body type or the kind of stretches you'd like to do. But if you're of medium height/weight and you just want to do some light stretching I'd say the black band will probably meet your needs.
