Pretty easy replacement...just need an 8mm socket and box wrench. I read some reviews saying it didn't last very long but decided to take the chance as it was way cheaper than most other blower motors I found. I can't speak to how long it will last as I've only had it installed for about 2 weeks, but so far so good. Blows A/C and heat just like the original blower motor. I guess as easy as it is to replace, I could replace it many times over and it would still be cheaper than OEM replacement.
