I like it except for a few things. The "crevice" tool is too big for crevices - it's round and the bristles are not soft so can easily scratch services. Also, the suction actually sucked in some of the bristles on our vacuum the second time we used it! They are also hard to clean! The other bummer is no tool attachments. I thought I would be able to use the varied tools from our bagless canister that broke (after 20 yrs!!), but they don't - there is no adapter - still trying figure that out. So just be sure that you don't need to use other tools with it. Cleans our bare wood, tile, and throw rugs thoroughly.
