The fabric is very soft and comfortable. I went by the size chart and the band part fits perfectly. My issue is the cups. I'm sure it has to do with my own anatomy, but I cannot do anything that involves bending forward in this bra without having a nip slip or a boob sliding out a little bit. I'm not sure what my cup size is, maybe around a D or more, and the cups have trouble keeping my nunga nungas in. I don't want to go up a size because I feel like then the band will be too loose. A little spillage on the sides but nothing too bad. So, I don't recommend it for working out, since there's not really much there in terms of fabric holding things in, but it's a really cute, comfy top, so for that I really like it. All in all, I would recommend it, just not for working out.
