The media could not be loaded. It was fairly easy to put together, but I needed my husband’s help to attach the sides and lift the top up and put on. My husband dug the holes and cemented in the anchoring posts. We absolutely love the way it turned out, with our grapes over the top, the wall fountain burbling, and the little bistro set to sit and enjoy coffee, breakfast, or lunch! It created a little “room” that is a lovely, shady oasis just outside our kitchen! We intend to buy another one, a bit smaller, for our front yard on which to drape our blooming bougainvillea!

This arbor is very nice and was reasonably easy to put together, but be sure to follow the directions exactly. My husband thinks he doesn’t need to read instructions so we had some problems putting the sides together because they wouldn’t line up. Eventually we were able to get things to work but if he had followed the directions it would have been much easier :) The one thing that I would have as a complaint is the mold marks in the vinyl. They are very obvious on some pieces so it cheapens the look a bit. From a distance you don’t really notice it but close up they are very obvious. Otherwise the arbor is sturdy and looks very pretty in our backyard.

Absolute nightmare to assemble. We had missing screws, the side slats didn't fit the holes in the posts very well so we had to router some bigger ones. Some of the screws were completely inappropriate for the design, just barely the length needed.Once we got it up and anchored and in place it looked great and we love it. Just didn't like the process of putting it together and all the customization we had to do to make it work.

When new next door neighbors decided to add a fence between our yards, we were disappointed and spurred to action to cover up the fence. Using a variety of large plants and this arbor -- beneath which we installed an attractive glider -- we hid the wall and added new visual appeal. After just three months the Wisteria and Clamatis are filling in nicely.Now about the arbor: very fast shipping, good directions and very nice materials. Assembly was reasonable. Customer service was fantastic -- just unbelieveable in overcoming the problem with a damaged component. Everything else was perfect, and the arbor is great looking.

We have had clients use this as a focal point for their weddings. We rent out a facility for weddings, family reunions, church groups , etc. Have used it at least 10 times for weddings. So easy to clean also. We spray with Olympic deck cleaner, let set for 5 minutes, then rinse. Looks new again. This was a great purchase.

Took about three hours with four people. Directions say you need a ladder to pit top on. Put top on ground upside down and screw columns on then stand it up. Safer and easier! We love it!

This is a very flimsy plastic arbor way overpriced at $700. Assembly instructions are beyond horrible. You get the two sides assembled, then the top, and then it says "put the sides in the ground, and attach the top". Well, there's nothing to keep the top from sliding down to the ground until it's screwed in! And you are screwing plastic to plastic- no strength whatsoever. Holes are not pre-drilled for the screws; they give you self-tapping screws. Don't waste your money on this piece of garbage. I'm actually surprised that Amazon would market such trash.
