I also noted this product appears to have a heavier duty cord than my old Braun product. You can switch it from 125 to 250 and I tested the hairdryer at home in the US and it worked fine with two speeds. I went with this one because of the price I paid ($15), and it being a fold design and having a "Cooling" button. I'll make this review short and to the point: I like it. It has ample cord length, switches (Low, Off, High positions) all work fine, the force of the heat blowing is also great. What I don't like, and it's a minor thing to ME; the "Cooling" button is hard to press and to maintain the position. It is a single button click. Would have been nice if the design was a rocker switch or a sliding button that you don't have to constantly hold. Other than that, great hair dryer!
