I also like that the legs are also not too tight, and are short enough to not get in the way when he’s pulling up his pants. The cotton is thick and soft, and he loves the prints, which wash well. By 2.5 the 2-3 year old size no longer fits. They give him a wedgie. He was always pulling them out of his little bum. I ordered the 3-4 years size and these fit but I can already see they are starting to give him a wedgie. He will be 3 in a month. He is a skinny 2 year old and is still wearing 2t in everything. Also the material and print is the same exact ones we received from Carters.
