Will be sending it somewhere flammable items are disallowed.** A: I checked the label on the jar and there is nothing to indicate it is flammable. I have used this paint in my studio for several years, and find it to be a quality product with almost no odor at all. **Q: can this be used on an outdoor concrete statue that need touch up in a few small places ?** A: I use this when painting on canvas. The paint is a bright white and dries with a semi-matte surface. Using it to touch up small areas might be over kill (because of the size of the container) and difficult when trying to match the color and texture. Acrylic paints adhere well to many dry surfaces. I would suggest trying a small tube of regular acrylic and applying several coats over completely dry coats. I would not recommend the diluted craft acrylics for this purpose. If you wish to seal this with a varnish, the "varnish" must be compatible with acrylics. You should not use a mineral spirit based or turpentine based varnish over acrylics. I agree with the previous answer that probably an outdoor paint might be a better solution. **Q: Can this paint be used on skin?** A: I wouldn't use it on my skin intentionally; however, when I paint sometimes I get it on my skin and it can be easily washed off with water and if it dries most of the paint can be removed by soaking it in warm water to soften it for removal. I do not know whether the properties of the pigment is Titanium Dioxide Rutile. This message is on the label "Health & Safety: There are no currently known health hazards associated with anticipated use. (Most chemicals are not fully tested for chronic toxicity.) To ensure safety; avoid ingestion, excessive skin contact and inhalation of spraying mists, sanding dusts, and concentrated vapors." I WOULD NOT USE IT TO PAINT MY SKIN! **Q: Is this paint for pouring or does it have the consistancy of tube paint?** A: It is thicker so yes closer to tube paint, however you can add water and it does not mess with the pigments of the paint.
