It was repeatedly going offline due to a poor signal because my main router was far from the door. I wanted something compact that I could plug in close to my door so that I could have a solid connection for video. This was perfect. I installed it behind a table and it isn't even noticeable. Setup was pretty easy and similar to other router devices. You just plug it in and then connect to its default wifi network, then you browse to an IP address on your phone then choose from one of the modes. I also decided to point my roku to the wifi signal and it had no problem streaming Netflix. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very nice and good range! *by G***L on Reviewed in the United States on November 8, 2018* This repeater is much stronger and more versatile than my older name brand repeater I already had. I wasn't sure at first, but it really surprised me at how much stronger the signal is. I use this at work to extend the public wifi to an area that normally barely gets a signal. My older one was constantly losing connection with the main router and when it would connect, it would constantly timeout when loading a web page. Not so with this awesome repeater. Now I never lose connection with the router or get a timeout error. So if you need to extend your network, don't hesitate.
