Most times, it held, tried to take her out often, so she won't get urinal infection, she was diabetic, difficult time seeing her pee pad plus hard of hearing and urinating issues. The fastener is velcro and worked fine **Q: Do these have elastic on the leg holes?** A: Leg holes do not have elastic. Also, the tail hole on the xs is in the wrong place. Not sure about other sizes.
