I was having some issues with the band snaps getting hung up on the nylon strap - adding the carabiner solved this problem.I am 6'3" and need to do some of the exercises with the bar (tricep upward curl, military press) in a kneeling position to avoid overstretching the bands. I don't consider this a negative, just wanted to mention it for others.Original review:Adds a lot of variety to your resistance band workout. Can really feel the difference in how it works your muscles.Seems sturdy and durable.Prefer using this bar over just the band handles.(The printed insert included with this bar lists a couple of door mounts as optional accessories: a corner door mount with a D ring and nylon loop; a 26" double bar door mount. I would be very interested in purchasing one of these items but cannot find them on Amazon or on the Anazao web site.) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ seems like a good bar so far *by E***S on Reviewed in the United States on April 2, 2019* There are some things I like and dislike about the design of this bar. First, I can already tell that the foam will start to shred where the resistance bands will connect. The bar itself should have been longer in my opinion. I guess if you have a smaller chest and your shoulder width is small than you won’t have a problem.
