Review: Easy as pie. - Ive been on the fence for quite some time now about purchasing a doorbell camera but i knew for a fact i did not want a battery operated variant. I do not have a hardwired doorbell to splice into. Started to do some research and came upon these for the Ring Doorbell Cams. Have to say that this is simple as pie whatever that means. Just attached this to my Nest Hello covered the wiring as best as I could and plugged it in. Everything works as it should. I dont have a bell chime but i do have it connected to my Google Mini Speaker, Google Home Hub and lastly our cell phones. No complaints.

Took about 2-3 minutes for it to register as hardwired, and there have been no problems since. It always reads as hardwired now, which I love. The wire is thin, but not cheap feeling, and I was able to tuck it into my siding. Works great- would recommend.

This came the day after I ordered it. Plugged it in and attached it, worked right away. Works great as an easy way to power a Wyze doorbell. Much easier then trying to wire a new transformer into you breaker box. Just plugged this in and attached to doorbell wires. Wish I'd bought this first.
