Arrived yesterday, well packaged and so on.I bought it for therapeutic use - I have MS and wrecked my back carrying something I shouldn't have so also have really bad lower back pain. The bolster was for my bed where I spend too much time being unable to get up more and more often as I inevitably deteriorate over the years. I can't upstairs right now so haven't tried it there yet, but it is on my chair and I am sitting with itsupporting my lower back with MASSIVE smile on my face as the pain is gone and I am so so comfortable - first time no back pain in 5+ years!
