Thus, you must find a YouTube tutorial to walk you through using it. The wax provided long lasting colour, was easy to apply, and sealed moisture in my 4c high porosity hair.I applied this product to freshly washed, damp/wet hair that had plenary of leave in conditioner in it (Shea moisture Jamaican black castor oil). I used the purple coloured wax like twist defining cream, using it to two stand twist my hair. The wax sealed in the moisture and my twists were juicy for a week (I slept in a bonnet to preserve the style.)BE CAREFUL: If you apply this product to dry hair, it will prevent moisture from being absorbed into you hair. You must moisturize first and use this coulour to seal in the moisture.The purple colour was flat/dull in regular light (it was vibrant under bright light). The blue was colour was very vibrant under all types of light.I added the blue couloured wax on the tips of my twists to add depth to the look and provide a pop of colour against the purple.I wore the two stand twists for 5 days. On the 6th day I did a twist out and it was poppin’.The second week of the style, the colour faded a bit. It took about 3 weeks to arrive. I was pleasantly surprised that it showed on my black kinky natural hair. Be careful not to put too much as hair can feel stiff after it dries. Also it doesn't come off on clothes.It Also helped condition my hair which was very welcome as I have dry hair . I did moisturize before hand and didn't use gel underneath , when it came out moisturizer still.When i did use gel underneath, it was slightly crunchy as u would expect.As u can tell from pics, the purple was very subtle. Other colours were britghter. Loved all.
