The English translation could be improved but adequate. The watch looks like an Apple watch with a nice black metal band. I have a wrist band type of EKG watch using a similar chip and like its functionality. I thought this one is the same but no: a lot better. The EKG graph is displayed real-time on the watch so no need to have the connected smartphone to see it. It is easy to measure in 30 seconds. You can open the graph in WearHeart app/Health/ECG/Health Report and email to yourself or your doctor. It also has all other fitness measures like most wristband/Fitbit type devices.I would recommend this watch for those who need (or benefit from, to detect abnormal heart rhythms such as AFib) instant EKG readout on your wrist. It is the best buy so far that I have come across. ### ⭐⭐ Not user friendly *by R***T on January 29, 2019* This product is not user friendly at all and the instructions are very little help. Hard to tell if the readings are accurate as they would not register on my husband at all. I had to fiddle with it over half an hour before I could figure out what it can do and how to access the features. As for calls and texts, it does display phone numbers but my texts don't register on it at all. It's a handy little watch but I would save the $55 and buy a proper smartwatch. Very disappointed, but I guess you get what you pay for. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Missing pins to attach watchband *by M***S on June 2, 2019* I would give this watch a 5 out of 5 if it wasn't for the missing pins. The magnetic band makes the watch easy to put on. I have found the heart beat, blood pressure and ECG are accurate when I compare to my blood pressures and pulse rates and the ECG seems to closely resemble what I see on one from the doctors office that I feel comfortable relying on it. BP and pulse and ECG vary normally as each is a point in time measurement and can be influenced by outside stuff and activity, but they seem to be pretty close. The ECG drops a PDF file on your phone to a cloud like "one drive" that could be forwarded to a doctor to review.
