Pure Forskolin Extract Weight Loss Supplement for Women and Men -60 Capsules

Before I begin my review, I'd like to submit this statement..I have written two reviews in my entire life ! This is the second. I do so now because I have had a very positive experience with this product. I'm a mom with four kids and rarely had the time to focus on myself. I turned fifty and with my children fairly self- sufficient, I started to actually think about concentrating on my health and well being. I decided it would probably be a good time to lose a coupla pounds and increase my stamina. I am not a gym person but I increased my physical activity. I lost a few pounds but I felt I had plateaued. I kept hearing about Forskolin but I am a skeptic about introducing unknown substances into my body. The more I researched it I found no known negative side effects and actually positive information about this supplement. I decided I would try it albeit with a skeptical outlook. I began taking them, in addition to moderate exercise. Four baby belly fat..gone ! Increased stamina, appetite control and more muscle definition. Total weight loss in six weeks 22 pounds !!

I have now been using this for 1 year and am so impressed with the results I have gotten. Combining a sensible diet, using my Fitbit and taking Forskolin, I have lost 37 lbs and still going strong!Update 11/22/19. I stopped using this for several months and really noticed a difference. These capsules speed up my metabolism and helped me to control my weight. As soon as I stopped them, I slowly began gaining weight, in spite of eating the same, so I’m back on them!!

First of all I received this on time 😊. I read the bottle and it says 60 capsules ( as you can see in the pictures attached) . I opened it and kinda in doubt of 60 capsules as it’s only half the bottle. Sure enough, I counted it and it’s only 30 capsules!!!! 😡 FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Felt CHEATED!!!About effectivity?.., I don’t know. If they cheated on the count...,maybe their claims too

I have been trying forskolin and started conservatively with 1 a day before 1st meal. Lost a few pounds the first month but slow; added two pills- 1 before 1st meal and 1 before main meal. Noticed looser clothes, - 8 lbs, no negative side effects for me. I will continue use and hope this continues....

So I open my second bottle of forskolin..... I noticed from the time i received my order that the bottles had 2 different types of lids and the labels were a little different. No big deal. Newer and older prints maybe? But when I open my second bottle I immediately notice that these ones have a smell. The first bottle didn't. So I pull one out and look at it and it looks like a completely different kind of supplement. So the first bottle has no smell and the capsules look like they're filled with ash not to mention I have actually GAINED 6lbs in the last month taking them twice a day every day. The second bottle has a typical supplement smell and a lot darker in color. So now I'm wondering if the 1st bottle is a fake or the 2nd bottle is a fake or I have it all wrong?

Ok, I’ve been using this product since April and have noticed a significant change in my appetite (no more carvings), in fact I can go hours without being hungry. Also, I’ve losted 5 or more inches all over, I have to wear a belt with my pants or they sag around my hips. As far as actual weight loss, I’ve only lost 10 pounds, but I must admit I don’t take this product everyday, sometimes I forget, I get busy, I have a life. I also don’t take it twice a day as recommended, once again I forget, I get busy, I have a life. Also, I’m far from being hardcore when it comes to the gym, I basically go when I feel like it, although due to my job I get between 8,000 or 14,000 steps a day. But I highly recommend this product if you want to look fantastic in your clothing, get the best sleep of your life, and feel great about yourself. The scale might not move the way you want it to but one look in the mirror and you’ll know it’s working. I believe if I took this product as recommended and went to the gym regularly, my results would be just as successful as the other reviews writen but I believe in doings thing that fit into your lifestyle and this is how it working out for me. I look great and I feel great and for me that’s enough. I will continue to take this product and I’m sure I’ll have even greater results.

Using forskolin has helped me lose 30 pounds in about 3 months! I'm re-ordering it to maintain the weight loss. It's the best solution I've found!

I’ve been taking this supplement for three and a half weeks and I’ve lost thirteen pounds with no side effects. It is so easy to use and I plan to keep taking it until I get closer to my weight loss goal. I’m 68 years old and have been carrying around too much extra weight for many years resulting in the predictable health problems - type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, muscle pain, and painful joints that limit my ability to walk or climb stairs. This weight loss has already reduced my knee pain and I hope to improve even more. I am not strictly dieting but I do try to eat fewer empty carbs and smaller amounts at my meals. So far, so good! Best of all, this product has given me new hope!

This product really works! I was quite skeptical at first, although Dt. Oz is always on point. It curbs your appetite and flushes out the fat. So be aware that if you eat things like cake or pasta, you will have alot of gas and live in the bathroom. The only good part about that is if you decide to eat cake or pasta etc, it blocks the fat. I tested the theroy the first month. I ate whatever I wanted and still went down a lant size but I had so much GAS, I thought it would kill my fiancé at night lol. That's why I only gave ⭐⭐⭐⭐but other than that it really is a GREAT product that really does work. I definitely recommend!

This product has been a wonderful surprise! First of all , it has NO aftertaste or negative effects on digestion. I am not overweight but I was feeling bloated and mushy in my belly area ( middle age - so fun!) I do excercise daily and eat pretty well , but I do eat simple carbs , dairy, and alcohol. I do not take as directed , instead take 2 capsules with a full glass of cold water every morning . This product has completely eliminated my bloat and I seem to me slimming down in my waist and thighs as well. I’m close to finishing my second bottle. While this didn’t work overnight I’m extremely pleased with the results, especially since I didn’t have to make any other changes to my lifestyle.

I was pretty excited about this product after the reviews. But for me, all it did was exhaust me! I would get up and by noon would need a long nap! And maybe it was my imagination, but it seemed to increase my appetite. Should have known. My body is weird and is super sensitive to everything. Happy for the others who loved it!

Getting ready for my 3rd bottle. I was very apprehensive at first but after reading other reviews I decided to give this a try. To date, I experienced no side effects of any kind. Positive effects for me was that it did curb my desire to eat because I did not feel hungry. I felt full after eating a decent size meal and when I try to cheat and ate more, it made me uncomfortable - effectively controlled my appetite and desire to eat more just because the food was sooo good. In addition, it made me very regular without having to stuff my face with steamed broccoli every single day. However, I am real skeptical with claims of losing 5 - 10 lbs. in such a short time. I have since only lost 4 lbs. but the good news is my BMI has gone down to 36 (from 43) woohooo!

I'm not sure if this is actually helping with weight loss. I did changed my eating habits so I'm eating fish and vegetables mainly. I also started working out more consistently.Update: I'm not losing weight at all.

I bought this product not because of weight loss but because of its claim to boost Seratonin levels. I have tried many products claiming to do that but this has been one of the only ones that has worked. Both my parents died in one year and I was already struggling with major depression and that threw me over the edge. After I started talking this within about a week I felt like a different person. Every once in a while I run out or forget to take it and start to feel down again and then start taking it and feel almost immediately better. I do double the dose 2 times a day for best results for me. I love this product! Highly recommend it!!
