I want to put them in a tow-float for a night swim - will they set it alight?** A: I have used them in and out of water and haven't had any problems with them, they are water tight and when out of water they haven't got hot when I have used them. I would really recommend this product. Just try not to turn them too tightly, when turning on and off, as they can take a bit of brute strength to turn them. They give off a great glow aswell **Q: Do these have a remote?** A: No remote. They have to be individually turned on and off by turning the base. Hope this helps. **Q: Is this Yellow coloured light ?** A: As I mentioned in my review the colour of light varies. Some are more yellow than others like you get from an old fashioned tungsten bulb. (my preference) 5 out of 12 in the pack I ordered fitted this description.
