The price close to home was so high that I always ended up using 2 smaller roasting pans. My favorite is Greek Style Vegetables but I never measure any ingredients and the flavor was always very slightly different in each pan. But now thats all history!! This pan is perfect. Its not none stick but I use olive oil in my roasting so doesn't need a non stick pan. Dont know what you bakers make of it but for roasting its excellent.
