Review: Worth the extra cost. Instructions were detailed. - 3 stars on prebuilt. Took 4 hrs to assemble. 5 stars on build quality. Used sand instead of water to fill plastic base and winterproof. Ordered 26" ground anchors and 2200 lb break strength rachet straps seperately for added support against high winds > 45mph. All in all, solid hoop. Parts were well labeled and instructions easy to follow. It took 2 people to install. Would have been easier with 3. My wife and I got it done.
