I done quite a large roof area using 4 large tins of this and it has held up well so far. If this stuff gets on your skin and dries out it is a nightmare to get off – I had to just let it come off after about a week. Also managed to get it on my car seat and there is no way it will come off so be warned, don’t get this anywhere you don’t want it. Easy to apply but fumes are a bit much when working in a confined space. Any brushes, rollers, buckets etc should be dumped after use as cleaning them is not an option. No more leaks and saved me a few £1000 in roofing costs. Thickness: It’s very thick but easily applied Ease of installation: I used a squidge window cleaner thing to distribute it around the roof then used a roller on a stick to apply it. Use a paint roller where you can as it's easier to spread. **Q: How much will 21kg cover.** A: I think it will cover 1 sq metre per kg **Q: Can it be applied directly to new wood** A: Hi, the Everbuild Liquid Roof is used for waterproofing of flat and pitched roof structures. If the wood has been treated this may react or compromise the bonding of the Liquid Roof, we would recommend a test in this instance.
