These people basically sell you a blanket attached to a nonskid backing. It is poorly made. A carpet is a textile floor covering typically consisting of an upper layer of pile attached to a backing. The pile was traditionally made from wool, The pile usually consists of twisted tufts that are typically heat-treated to maintain their structure. The term carpet is not what this is. When I asked for a refund they said they would return 10% of the cost and refused to return my full payment citing that the carpet was great and had no problems. Im sorry but this is robbery at its finest. This product is very poorly made and the customer service is bad! I will never again buy from this company. I waited over a month to receive this product only to receive the type of rug you can buy at a flea market!!! BUYER BEWARE AND DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The rug is basically as the last review stated a blanket. It's no thicker than a babys winter blanket. When I reached out to return it they refused to pay for shipping and only offered me a 20% discount to keep it. Then they had the nerve to basically tell me that I have no idea what I'm talking about and the rug is good quality. I have rugs that I have paid less for that are amazing quality and have lasted me years. I'll be lucky if this blanket lasts a month.
