I can already tell its working
I added this to my morning multi mineral, OJ and protein mix. Wow. Ive never taken or added probiotics but surely my digestion is greatly relieved. Smooth sailing for me. Was a bit touch and go before I added 2 caps ever morning.

I have taken these vitamins for several years. They are too expensive, however when I try other brands I don't feel well. So I always come back to Youngevity.
