While it can't prevent all hose twists it makes it much easier to prevent. **Q: Does this fit sun joe spx3200?** A: Here is the size you need. M22 thread male and female, inside diameter 15 mm. Not much, a few drops here and there. At high pressure, whether water is flowing or not, it is rock solid and the swivel works great. So, honestly, it does what I need so I'm going with 4 stars.
