This is a ALL VINYL, reborn, 14 inch Berenguer LaNewborn Preemie. She has the most radiant, natural skin tone... a new baby "glow". (This is achieved by numerous layers of custom mixed Genesis heat set paints, which are permanent.) Baby's nails have had their first manicure. This little one has been lightly weighted for a more realist feel and has a baby fresh scent. Baby wears a "preemie" size in baby clothes. This was bought for my 10 year old. She was slightly disappointed after opening because the baby is much smaller than what it appears in photos and is hard (not a softer squishy vinyal as some come). She does seem pretty realistic looking when holding as you would a baby. Cute doll but in my opinion is too pricy for what you get. Some of the "cheaper" dolls look just as nice as this one. We won't be returning her but I don't think I'd purchase it again.
