Usually even if I have done my best to make sure nothing comes off, I have problems. The other tapes are sticky enough but the edges don't stay done. This tape is amazing. I haven't had a single problem. I have had the same tape on for 4 or 5 days and it is still going strong. If you need tape like this you should buy this brand. I can't say enough good things about it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for holding down Freestyle Libre *by M***W on August 26, 2018* I was using Tegaderm previously to hold down Freestyle Libre sensors. Worked very well as well, but this tape is working just as well, and it comes in a variety of colors at a cost very much less.After cutting of your desired length and removal of the backing tape it stretches to take shape around the sensor ensuring a secure hold on my arm without pressing it into my arm. Tape is holding securely on skin and it's not leaving any tape residue. If using to hold down a sensor, use some alcohol wipes to clean your skin to ensure a firm hold over a longer time.I am sure it works well for the athletics purpose as well, just not using it in that fashion myself. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Works But Not As Well As Thera Band *by P***O on August 12, 2018* I've been using Theraband Kinesiology tape for about a year - I'm 70 and have pretty much done a lot of damage to my knees and ankles. Thera-band provides just the right amount of support; this tape does not. It feels thinner to me, doesn't have the same stretch and actually rolls up on the edges when you stretch it to cover the area that needs support.I will use what I have but not order it again.
