Most tapes create an unfortunate trade-off for me between getting the benefit of the tape and my skin ending up a red, irritated mess so that I can't wear it for long. My physical therapist researched this tape since I react to most standard adhesives. The tape is easy to apply and can be worn while showering, although it takes a while to dry and it's pretty uncomfortable while it is wet. This means it can be worn for multiple days, until the adhesive finally comes loose and starts to curl up at the edges.
