They would have been good quality, except that they were shipped in a bubble pack envelope, and arrived squished beyond what is fixable. Additionally the stem at the bottom of one is severely bent. These are meant to be part of a memorial display for my mother, and their appearance now, detracts from the message intended to be conveyed. I am quite disappointed. No, I don't want to go to the trouble of returning them, but these should have been packaged in a box rather than in an envelope that, I am sure, has all sorts of other boxes and items thrown on top of them during the shipping process. Fragile items, not packaged adequately.
