I was told to return it and order the pair again so I did and then only one arrived the second time! I still haven’t had my refund... AND they came without British plugs, which it specifically says they are supposed to come with. I think they are North American plugs, so now I have to order adapters. So no idea if they actually work (not holding my breath!).
