My son is a redhead with super white skin, so he wears these when at the beach all day or anywhere with strong sun (Hawaii, Caribbean). My 10 yo son is 5' tall, 80 lbs, very lean and athletic, and he now wears a size 16. Size 14 may work for another month or so, but I don't want it to be too tight.
