**Q: Is  stem shaft hole fluted or  "d" (half moon) shape ?**
A: "D" shaped.  For reference, the 2nd photo on the Amazon product page shows the back of the knob.  Hope that helps!

**Q: What are the temperature ranges of low med and high? What do most people set on?**
A: Low in Fall & Spring Med in Winter  High when you first go into a room that was set to Low while you were away then came home once warm back to Med

**Q: why is one knob $6.95, but if I want two, it's $49.90, or, $24.95 per knob?**
A: Typo

**Q: How many knobs come in this package**
A: I only needed one so that’s what I ordered. Idk if there are other package sizes.  But I was very happy with the product.
