It's amazing ! Yes lie down to get it on but then is so comfy. Doesn't roll down and I lost two inches off my waist. If you can't afford lipo buy this you will be amazed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Okay Purchase, v1.00 *by A***B on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 August 2012* I purchased my Esbelt Slimming Corset 404, because I wanted to lose weight, not because I wanted to look slimmer.I was on a 2000kcal calorie controlled diet plus 5 minutes exercise per day, most days, and my weight was near static. When I received my belt, nicely packaged so as to slide through my letterbox easily, I started to wear it for a few hours, maybe five, per day. My weight started to go slowly down. Slowly, around 1kg every two weeks. Stop wearing the belt, this decrease stopped, my weight became static again. Re-start wearing it for a few hours most days, maybe five days per week, and again I am gradually losing weight.I find that it can be comfortable as I do not wear it for long. I do not notice a smell of rubber. I purchased it to see if it would help me with a problem and in this case, for me, it did.I had unsuccessfully tried a wrap around, Velcro fastened, type slimming belt before, but that was without a calorie controlled diet, if with a whole lot more exercise. It had no positive effect and I ended up by throwing that belt away. This one, I plan to keep. ### ⭐⭐ Creates unsightly rolls above it *by E***W on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 January 2014* I ordered a few waist nipper type garments to try with a view to finding something to hold my tummy in after eating a larger than normal meal (Christmas dinner!).
