It's a regular yarn knit poncho with thin strips of rabbit pelt threaded through it. I was expecting the yarn itself to be rabbit pelt, but it's not. I think a picture of it inside out would have clarified things, so I'll try to include one.As others have mentioned, it's a little small. It stretches, but then the knit areas show through the fur more. So if you have big shoulders, it won't fit right.Some of the rabbit pelt is unevenly threaded through the poncho, too, leaving uneven gaps. That's a quality issue. But for the money and the occasions I'll be using it, I guess it's ok.Despite all that, I really like it and will likely order another. It's not nearly as heavy or formal as my full fur coats/jackets. Other reviews said it was thin but I didn't expect it to be this thin... as you can see in my pic I have it hanging on a hanger and you can see the light through both sides of it.
