I followed the instructions to make the markers work, but only the white one worked. After many attempts, I was about to give up with the green and the red ones when I realized you can actually pull the tip out completely out of the pen. Once you do that, turn it around and insert it back. They will work, and they look bright in the board like they are supposed to be. I'm very happy with the product and the follow up emails from the seller. ### ⭐ Not very satisfied *by A***G on Reviewed in the United States on December 5, 2019* The item is pretty but the problem is with the markers. The colors are way too faded compared to how they look in the picture. The magnet in the cap also came off pretty soon. This makes it not very safe if you have small children in the house. The ink does not flow while writing on the board. You literally have to detach it from the fridge, write horizontally and then put it up again. Tedious and generally defeats the purpose. The eraser does not work as smoothly as it would with a normal whiteboard. It is just a different experience. Would not recommend it unless you can find better markers. A normal white board with erasable markers works much better although it might not look as pretty as a black magnet board like this.
