Review: Pleased with this product - I can’t say yet if they make a difference in my hair, which is why I got them but they appear good quality. Maybe odd to say about a pill. But capsule is smooth, easy to swallow, doesn’t leak powder or come open. Good bottle with easy open lid. Vendor took care in manufacturing the product. No bad smell or after taste or belching. Review: Help hair regrowth? - update - Update - after a few weeks my hair is still falling out maybe a little more, and it's upsetting. My review was premature, checking my hair after using shampoo and conditioners that add volume and dried it's harder to tell. Plus I think I parted it away from the bald spots. I've been previously taking hair supplements mentioned and the strands appear thicker. I read this new combination using Fo-Ti, Fenugreek oil topically plus tumeric could take months even a year for any real results which I'll give. I also read taking oral minoxidil could help I might try. Although the topical foam didn't. So no change since my earlier review, unfortunately. It's a long one... I was diagnosed with scarring alopecia 4 years ago which is very depressing. Apparently it's autoimmune and an inflammatory condition. The body attacks the follicles causing scarring making it difficult to regrow hair. I have been getting steroid injections for years with minimal progress. In addition using a steroid topical solution. I've also been taking all kinds of supplements and using hair loss, thinning shampoos and conditioners. I've lost more hair within the last year. Alopecia affects the sebaceous glands so my hair is bone dry. It used to be very oily my entire life, shiny straight and fine with alot of strands. Now it's like brillo, wirey and the hair underneath is curly? So weird and even more depressing since I have to add oil to my hair! I read about a study using botanicals on African Americans who also suffer with scarring alopecia. They used Tumeric, Fenugreek oil and Fo-Ti that seemed to have some progress. I have other inflammatory ailments and thought I would give it a try. I bought all 3 in addition to fish oil and vitamin c. They're all natural, anti inflammatory products. The alternative was trying hydroxychlorequine which is an autoimmune suppressant those with Lupus take. But it has side effects and risks not good for my other inflammatory conditions. I'm still taking my other supplements like collagen, biotin, iron, vitamin a, e and calcium. I have to say that after years of more hair loss, I think I'm seeing some hair regrowth. I can't say exactly it's from Fo-Ti but I've taken tumeric (with added Boswellia) before not with this combination of supplements. The fenugreek oil is topical and put on the scalp. The Fo-Ti is a small capsule, very easy to swallow and hasn't upset my stomach which is says to take with meals and I do after dinner. I also have IBS, gastritis and once esphogitus. I suffer with gas, nausea and all of these supplements haven't bothered my stomach which is great! Bottom line, not sure if Fo-Ti is the main ingredient to help hair regrowth but I'm very happy to say that with all I'm doing, I think I'm seeing a slight improvement. I will be staying on this regimen for awhile and will provide an update in a few months if things really change. Thank you Fo-Ti!

**Q: Does this help with hair growth, and how soon for the results?**
A: Yes it helps with hair growth if hair is not too far gone. Poor nutrition is main cause of hair loss and other health issues. A product named Shin min works well for hair growth. Main ingredient in it is fo ti. That with high level of protein will help with hair growth. Should notice growth in about 2 months.

**Q: this is not prepared in black bean sauce, correct?**
A: There is no mention of it

**Q: Is gelatin capsule from a vegetable source?**
A: Gelatin is never vegetable source. It is either bovine from cow or some other source. So question is it Bovine or not.

I can’t say yet if they make a difference in my hair, which is why I got them but they appear good quality. Maybe odd to say about a pill. But capsule is smooth, easy to swallow, doesn’t leak powder or come open. Good bottle with easy open lid. Vendor took care in manufacturing the product. No bad smell or after taste or belching. Update - after a few weeks my hair is still falling out maybe a little more, and it's upsetting. My review was premature, checking my hair after using shampoo and conditioners that add volume and dried it's harder to tell. Plus I think I parted it away from the bald spots. I read this new combination using Fo-Ti, Fenugreek oil topically plus tumeric could take months even a year for any real results which I'll give. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing if you give it time

This stuff is amazing but you need to give it time to work . I was taking it for about 3-6 weeks before I noticed anything . For hair at first my hair seemed to thin more and more was falling out but now over 6weeks in I have 2 inches of new growth all over my head and next to nothing falling out now . Not sure if it helps with circulation or heart as I haven't had a follow up with my heart doc yet ,but I feel better and I feel younger so it's doing something 😊
