After setting them up, they were continually searching for their bases and just never worked. They seemed pretty cheap and junky. They look good - but what good is that?! The return process was long and drawn out, which is unusual for desertcart. This particular vendor, who I normally love, was not receptive to a return. First they expected me to pay return shipping on a defective product. When I complained, it took them over a week to send me a prepaid label by email. Once they had the package in their hands, it took another several weeks to get my money back. Not a great buying experience.
