The cruise line I traveled with requires you to take the wine out of your luggage before you leave your luggage with the cruise staff (before they send it through the conveyor/scanner and then deliver to your room). I took my 2 wine bottles and put them in my carry on bag, went through the security checkpoint, carry on bag was scanned and no one bothered to check the wine for seals to be in-tact. The same person who told me about this said as a safety measure you can try to re-glue the metal seal/ring back to the cap if you wanted extra security. Anyway, these Shampoo and Conditioner bottles worked like a CHARM and I plan to use them again (they give you extra seals) in addition to the wine bottle method during our next cruise!
