1. The 400W setting has stopped working waiting a response from supplier.only had it less than three weeks.2. Been given a full refund and told to dispose of the heater.

It’s okay, but doesn’t turn like it says it does. Also very bright, but does a job

There are three different heating controls but using number one is completely adequate

Bulbs failed within two weeks despite only being used for one hour each day. Cannot get replacements as everywhere is sold out. Clearly not worth the money.

Good product 3 setting’s gives of good heat

This was the second Supa Warm heater we purchased and bought this one from this supplier because we were - and still are delighted with the performance and economy of the first.Unfortunately the second heater arrived damaged and had to be returned.We just wanted a straight swop but there didn't seem a facility to do that so we had to send it back and had to pay that in advance.We received a credit for the faulty heater in good time so no complaints there BUT no postage refund (£15.00)We have sent 3 emails chasing this up and got an automated reply saying it will be dealt with as soon as possible. But still not had a reply to any of our messages.I would be more than happy to say this is an excellent product, but if like us you have any issues with the one you order then you are likely in for a bumpy ride to resolve it. Real Shame.
