Review: Not easy to use but it really is worth working it out - What a great little recorder/player. The quality of the recordings are 90% as good as my Sony. Maybe 95%. It does take a little longer to switch on and start recording, though. It has a useful backlight which my Sony doesn't have, but is 10x harder to operate (although both are super easy to record on, which is the most important thing). Once you know how to operate it it's okay, but you will have to put a little effort in. It is worth it, though. It is less than a third of the price of the Sony (which although a Japanese company disappointingly says on the back 'made in china'!). Whether the components are of the same quality and will last, only time will tell. Chinese goods, unless made under licence, are not known for their longevity. I do, however, have some chinese gadgets that are years old, so fingers crossed. Some useful features include record led on/off, equaliser, bit rate selection and voice activated recordings. This last is brilliant as you have the ability to set the activation level and it never cuts off any part of the first word (like the Sony, I think it records a couple of seconds and just keeps overwriting it until it picks up a noise or voice).

A: You have to select save on the device

A: With a usb lead

**Q: Can this device playback your recording or can you only listen to the recording though the computer please?**
A: You can listen to your recording ok by play back. I don't use mine on a computor. Its good for the money records very clear.
