It cleanses my skin well (combination skin, leans towards oily in summer months) without stripping off my skin's natural oils and barrier. So much better than a soap. However, I don't use it twice a day, as that's too much for my skin type and might lead to break outs. Good purchase overall, but use your discretion as every skin is different. Of course companies want people to use their product 4 times a day, so don't fall for it. For dry /oily skin: twice a day will be a bit much, in my opinion. So don't use it that often. It's economical compared to other brands and is very gentle. Good buy. I'll re-purchase but I'll check to see if the quantity is as advertised.
