I got the 8 foot long one in the bright royal blue color. It matches nicely with the bright blue pool tile border. The hand rail circumference is 6 inches as measured with a flexible fabric measuring tape. I wet this cover in the pool then put it on the hand rail. It was easier to install with two people so one could hold the sides closer together while the other one zippered. Around the curvy parts it was slow going, and we were only able to zipper in tiny increments at a time. It’s cushy like scuba material with a fabric cover and silicone or textured dots for a good grip. No more burning hot or slippery hand rail.
