It is important to follow the Coloration Guide https://terrachrom.com/collections/pigments to properly mix your pigment. (1 part warm water with 1 part pigment, mix well and stir into your mixture). Mix ratio: A maximum 10% volume of pigment should be added to your product. To ensure consistent coloring, keep all variables the same from batch to batch. Variations in the mix design, mixing time and curing conditions may affect the final color. Review: Turned brown - Used to color slip. Applied to bisque ware fired at cone 04, coated in clear glaze. The slip coated in clear glaze turned brown when fired at cone 6. Clear glaze was fine on parts not covered in colored slip. Maybe it contains zinc?
Review: Looks can be deceiving!! - You do not get the tubs as shown in the picture! You get a small 5oz. Packet. I was disappointed. Haven't used it yet,so can't review item use until tested.

Used to color slip. Applied to bisque ware fired at cone 04, coated in clear glaze. The slip coated in clear glaze turned brown when fired at cone 6. Clear glaze was fine on parts not covered in colored slip. Maybe it contains zinc?
