As a 48 year old, I'm still in decent shape for having two kids but sometimes I need a little extra lift for certain styles. I'm a good C and the boob is heavy and this tape has no problem giving enough perk that I'm not self conscious. Sometimes I need to cut the tap for my more open neck cuts b/c it wants to peek out but this is my favorite "bra" for styles that are difficult to wear bras with. They are one use, so buy several packs at a time. One note, the adhesive is strong, careful taking it off, but often if it is warm, the skin underneath is moist and helps get the tape off. For that reason, don't leave these on too long. They actually worked pretty good, they only thing I didn't like is that they change the shape of the breast somewhat so not get for use under tight clothing but did the trick under an off the shoulder blouse and dress.
