Upon seeing the bruising my friend from Australia told me to buy and use Pure Relief Bruise Lotion and or the gel. So I bought one of each. I really liked the lotion and it took away most of the pain and within about three days or so from applying it the bruises started to disapear. Being anemic I did not know if it would really help and so off to ER and they were pleased with what I was using but informed me to be sure and use ice for the 1/2 of my body where the bruises were the worse and heat on arms and on my face. I used the Pure Relief Bruise Lotion to be rubbed in where ever it was possible by the caretaker. I WOULD recommend this product much more than any product that you have carried.
